I chopped into the rear guard to tidy up the lines to follow along the bottom of the rear tail section.
Gone are the rear indicators and the mounting sections on the rear guard.

I have done a rough chop to start and shall tidy it all up tomorrow and cover any exposed parts of the rear under tray with carbon fibre contact. There will be very little as I'll move the number plate mounting bracket up as far as I can.
I've changed the tail light to an L.E.D. one I was given by Kym 4 yrs ago that I had mounted on my trackday tail to get me too and from the track. It mounts in further than the std tail light too and doesn't protrude out so much.

And as for indicators... Well they are mounted in the tail light itself and the LED tail light has a unique signiture... TRX
The area either side of the TRX light are covered in yellow LED's and all the LED's between the TRX light up as your brake light forming a solid red block in the centre.
I'll post photos over the next few days of the finished look.
I've been sniffing around for a hugger for a littkle while but I need one to fit a 180 rear tyre.
Swing arm bracing may be on the books too so no rush for the hugger yet.
Then I'll remove the motor from the frame to make it easier to fit the head and dial in the cams. I'll use an old std MLS gasket and check valve clearances just for peace of mind. But I'm confident I'll still be over 2mm.
