Re: TRX to blue spot conversion.
I bled them as you said for 24 hours. No improvement!
Any other suggestions as to why I might have this slack?

Re: TRX to blue spot conversion.
So (1) calipers in good condition with no sticky pistons.
(2) all nipples, banjos and fittings tight not leaking.
(3) master piston and seals good.
Try a vacuum pressure bleed or reverse pressure bleed.
lines not swelling ?
lever pivot not binding/catching ?

Re: TRX to blue spot conversion.
hi tommy first post on here but have read heaps whilst setting up my track trx, I was using standard trx brakes for the first 2 track days and found the same issue as you. What I found is due to consistent hard use (mind you all track no road) some of the trx brake cables had bulged in areas and when pressure was applied it would always bulge.
Leading up to this point I too had bled them numerous times with no improvement, checked all joins/connectors and could find no answer as to why it would not improve.
Anyway I put on the trx braided lines using the existing calipers and bingo
were a lot better but still not as good as I wanted, gold spots ordered and installed in about 20 minutes. I did a track day today and this is the third track day with these on there and having owned SP2, cbr600 vtr1000 all ridden on the track these are by far the best brakes I have had, did all 6 sessions with not an ounce of fade, a mate took it out in his session and came back raving about the brakes and he has an RSVR1000 factory with brembos.
Just do it is all I can say, hope I have helped it's not as hard as you might think.
