Hi Scott, yep, the thunder ace blues will fit...try and have the 14mm master cylinder as well...otherwise the TRX master will seem hard.
Where are you in the world ?

Where abouts in Nottingham?
Not seen another trx round here yet
You might need new brake lines to match the calliper, as the trx has a bend where it fits the calliper.
IIRC If you get braided lines made up you can ask for TRX lengths but R1/R6/Thunderace mountings.

I keep reading lots of posts about brake lines, lengths and fittings, folks it`s SIMPLE, buy lengths and the fittings you need from a good company and get it done the easy way.

Venhills hoses are the best you can buy, have swivel couplings and mirror polished stainless button head fittings too.

ALL the range of Yamaha sumitomo `spot` or technically `STAR` caliper piston plug calipers fit the TRX because their bolt spacings and offsets are all the same.
So, blues through to the last golds (non radial) can be used.
The golds have the edge being slightly more rigid and lighter too.

Do you need to do any mods to fit them?

No, fit n play, but you`ll maybe need different brake lines depending on what you currently have.
