Thanks for all the feedback! The 14mm cylinder pretty much did the trick. I'll change the pads too just to be on the safe side. Looks like I need to clean the callipers again but I'm already happy with the break action as is. this is just to get it all just right.

Late update. Fitted new EBC brake pads. Now eats into tarmack when breaking! So finally very happy with the brakes! So now on to suspension as I now feel how sh*t the front fork is when braking.
