I'm open to offers Mince - the YZF front end is the later fully adjustable type & comes with blue spots & Harris clip-ons
I might well go down that Ace swingarm and rear wheel route one of these days C, it`s true that being able to source part used ex race rubber makes the running of a TRX on the road a hell of a lot cheaper.
Just can`t justify spending the readies on it the now to sit around. (most likely in Dawns cupboard!)
So the YZF front end has been `Maxtoned`? You shouldn`t have any problems shifting that. I`ll be sticking to my Bob Grant sorted R1 front end until I get the `bug` for more mods at a later stage.
Obviously the real way to go is a full Ohlins front end but hey, you already know that.

No, the maxton (full conversion) front end is a GSX-R750 one - simple stem swap to fit, it's even the same diameter as the Rex stem.

Thought you might be tempted by the NWS alloy subframe for yours mate :thumbleft:

I have my doubts that that weighs 154kgs fuelled. 4 litres of oil, 1.5 of coolant and (only) 5 litres of fuel weighs well over 10kg and there is no effing way that is 140 ish dry.

Hi , this is my bike :) (I fount this forum and threat via google :o ) : the weight is meassured without fuel but oil and coolant , the carbon parts are designed and made by myself (another one of my hobby's) yes money is spent but more important : a lot of time ..

question : what do you mean with SSSA ?

Thanks for all the comments : it was a nice read :D ,

Greeting from Holland
Theo

Hi Theo nice to meet the owner and welcome to the forum.

SSSA = Single sided swing arm I believe.

So the carbon parts, do you market them or just lay stuff up for your own uses?

Thank you, the parts i've made only fits on this spondon frame (witch is the only one they've made) so there is nothing to sell unfortunately
I own this bike for 10 years now already and use it for street and occasionally track day .. the tank and seat where made last winter.

Nice forum by the way :study:
