Nice work so far........what brand is the seat unit? Wouldn't mind a single seat conversion for mine

Thx Bob, i've found the seat on Ebay (a lucky auction, less than 60 euros) but i am sure is a Poly 26

fits perfectly the original mounts without modifications, but reduces drastically the seat height. I've used a 30 mm sponge.

...finally the swing arm is on the bike, the r1 wheel as well.
No pics for now, in Rome today is hot, i'm too tired and a little concerned: the chain is too short and probably the wheel needs different spacers...
