paintwork is now done, just requires a few more decals before laquering
Next step is wiring up the Koso2 digital dash and fabricating up some 50mm headers into a WSB/MotoGp esque side exit pipe

I'm quite liking the 'muscle bike' look of it

Whats the headlight of off ? looks mad are you planning on changing the colour of the wheels as well ?

Headlight is originally from a Benelli Tornado
Forks/front wheel/brakes are 13S Yamaha R6
Subframe and seat unit are 5SL Yamaha R6
Swinger/rear wheel from an Aprilia RSV
Rear shock is Nitron from an FZR thou exup
Rearsets are generic Chinese (40 quid new) with a bit of fabbing
Wheels will be powdercoated either gunmetal grey or high gloss black

Thanks to the crappy footy always being on telly and my missus being a big footy fan it means I have been allowed into the garage a bit more freely this week

I'm liking the 'super-naked' look, it looks really up to date not 100% sure on the headlight but it looks better than on its donor bike.

.. THAT HEADLIGHT well I've seen cars with what look like they have ironing boards on the boot so why not a motorcycle with an iron on the front or you could put a cover and paint it up as it looks just like a parking meter with a 2hr 34min remaining on it.. .All in fun... I don't mind the paint sceme and style..(just not the headlight)

Nah, I love it.
All about being different , but look at any of the latest naked muscle bikes and they all have a tall narrow headlight.
As it's a Benelli one it will also be rare as fook

I like that headlight good on you mate..how are you getting on with the angle of your seat, it looks quite steep. When I had an R1 rear end on my old bike I found I was always sliding into the tank and smashing my Nicky nacky noos on the tank

subframe is only bolted on at rear there so angle looks slightly steeper..when on properly it follows the line of the tank but is infinately adjustable for angle.
The seat height is actually about an inch higher than a standard TRX though so I'm on tip toes as I'm only 5'9".
I like to have the feeling of being directly over the bars though rather than behind them.... I've always set my race bikes up like that as I don't mind a rear moving around but I need to feel the front tyre grip....guess it's a personal thing
