says it's down to some 'key' staff missing plus costs to run versus how much it makes.
It's always over subscribed so I don't get that and most riders would happily provide a marshal so I don't get that..............more to it methinks

I`m guessing it`ll be down to NOISE. It is an affluent area around there? Prominent folk living near, friends with or who ARE councillors themselves, all springs to mind?
