Fairing Bracket mount pics
Do any of you learned folk have a close up pic, that you can post here, of the fairing bracket mount on the frame? From above would be cool. I am trying to figure if mine is bent. It seems not to be central to the frame so a picture would be very helpful. Thanks guys.

They are NOT central to the headstock/centreline of the bike.
As long as its pointing 90 degrees square forward and you're not having to bend or deform the fairing to bolt it on then its as it should be.

Re: Fairing Bracket mount pics
Thanks trixynut. The fairing frame I have is a bent to hell so I am trying to figure out exactly which parts are bent. It does look like the lugs on the frame have taken a bit of a hit too as I can see the paint has cracked up one side of the right side. However what you have said has given me a starting point so I will have a gander at it in the morning.
I know the brackets going to soak up some hours trying to get it right and I would like to find a straight one that's not going to cost an arm and a leg. If not I will spend some time on the one i have. Actually there is one in the forum so I will follow that up too. Cheers
