Front wheel for YZF forks

Front wheel for YZF forks

Is the YZF wheel the only fit to these forks or will a R1 wheel fit ? My thinking is an R1 would probably be lighter or is the agro not wort it.

Most things can fit with the right spacers made up....

I was thinking more about axle diameter and disc spacing/offset when running blue spots.

Also how much is the reccomended volume of oil that the YZF forks take ? I have Googled it but no luck.

I can see why these forks hold their value, people fit the to all sorts from Fj's to VMax's.
