Have my tank off so did a quick measure. ID is 8mm.

What about the ID of the line going from the top of the fuel pump to the carbs( I am assuming that is the correct feed line)?

I think it`s 6mm(1/4"),it`s certainly smaller than the one already mentioned.

stock is 8mm ID.. if you ask for "8mm fuel hose" it should be a stock size.
It tends to stretch a bit too.. With some vasoline (petroleum jelly ?) you can get it on / over the barb
All Japanese have been metric for goodness knows how long.. so 1/4" (6.35mm) is not really its size.. But 5/16" hose would indeed work in this case. But ask for 8mm
