I've been looking to move the pegs on my Trixi for a while now, so I knocked these up today....
Standard peg position:
Adapters bolt straight on the frame....
Bolt standard rearsets back on....
Moves the peg up 20mm and back 27mm....
And the gear peg to match!
Had to adjust the angle of the brake/gear levers a bit, but appart from that all standard parts!
Whaddaya think?
Jimmiboy.

They look really good. I was going to ask the OH's brother to make me some for my bike. Looks like you could have a little money spinner on your hands there

Yes sir, very interested.
But, my work have just put me on half hours due to lack of work(thats how i had time to make'em) so I am at present finding myself fiscally challenged.
Still I've got the possability of a new job soon, so I'll take a rain check for now but may come knocking in a few weeks if thats ok.....
Thanks again

Just gives you a little more ground clearance and puts a little more weight on you hands. Ideal for racing.

Fantastic idea, neat & simple. I'm guessing you just used mild steel right ? I would buy a set tomorrow or even today !

What's the finish on them ?

Looks like alloy to me ...
Did you mill that section out...?? How long did it take and will that welded section be strong enough??
I'm always interested in this sort of stuff and if there's anyone who can throw a few TIG tips (hints not thoriums!) I would be more than grateful..

I thought that but there's something about the finish that says "chrome wheel paint" or something similar perhaps ? Not sure I'd be brave enough to make 'em out of ally but then I'm a pussy when it comes to stuff like this.
Come on Jimiboy put us out of our misery would you !
