What a day! :)

Post by Kayla » Thu Oct 16, 2008 12:51 pm

It's sunny, dry and cold so the bike's running really well (after sorting the misfire out), it's nearly the weekend, the garage up the road has unleaded for 99.9p per litre and I had this morning off work. My bf is doing XL hot dogs for tea with a side of onion rings. Ooh, and I just ordered some Draggin' Jeans candy camos :D Life, as 'they' say, is good :D

Me neither :? I can understand not wanting to ride in the peeing rain and getting the bike up to the naffs in salt, but to put the bike away for 4 or 5 months is madness. Madness. And not the good kind with baggy trousers either. Speaking of trousers, I'll say 'no' to the photos if that's ok Dave E?

Weather permitting, we'll be out making nuisances of ourselves this weekend too :D Up to Rothbury/Otterburn, in to Kielder and then back out towards the coast :D Yay!

I got the SV650 hire bike my insurance company sorted out for me today so did a few miles on that. Totally different to the TRX, it feels tiny and you really have to wind it up like a IL4. Not a terrible bike but nothing special either.
