So the bike used in the first movie is a TRX850 with different wheels, tank and seat...

Best i can find. It wasnt really a selling point of the movie, so its REALLY hard to find info / publicity about the bike.. And since it was an old bike / not sponsored by anyone, they didnt "publicise" it much like they did with the ducati in the latest one.

-----
EDIT
-----

Last i heard, they destroyed the bike, BUT someone made a copy, they used modified harley fatboy rims, and the rest is fairly easy. I remember somethin about a ducati monster (S2R ?) rear / tank.. id prolly verify that. But the was a youtube video of the actual guy who made the bike (the copy) and a quick bit of info what he put on the bike.. But i cant find it for the life of me.

Hope this helps. I own the movie on DVD, so i can go thru the special features / movie and try to pull some frames out if you want.

Change the exhaust and that would be one of the better looking fighters. Looks quite good.

It was the Tomb Raider movie that got me interested in TRXs. Before that they had really passed me by.

years ago I found some other information on the web about that bike. But I suspect it is long gone now. I did post it on one of the previous TRX forums.
