I got a set of kentcams wich has 248 degrees duration and 0.2 mm more lift than their YAM9 spec. so i guess they can do what you want them to...

A dude on swedish forum just made 445hp on his gixxer/busa hybrid, works a charm with turbo.
Ghostrider made almost 500 on his busa and that runs a charm.
Also, those who choose big lagging turbos (with lots and lots of power) ofter uses a nitro squirter to get the bike going from low revs. OR a valve in the plenum wich lets the bike act as a sucking engine on low revs.
I´ll probably do turbo but that´s because a rotrex is 2000€!!
