wemoto are cheap and normally next day delivery as standard
also check its not running down from the carbs, as its often not the tap
if it is the tap switch to 'off' position, if it pisses out there then its defo the tap (weird i know, but when the taps on my TDM & XTZ went the fuel leak from the tap was worse when in the off position)

I've just put on a brand new fuel tap, it's all about safety....
Mine also broke (?) loose on the bottom of the fuel tap (the 90degree bend pipe) a short while ago. Couldn't see on the material that it actually broke though...
In a hasty decision, to get another one a.s.a.p. I've found one, but the 90degree pipe was slightly adjustable
A collegue of mine then said that it shouldn't be adjustable, as he had the same with his fuel tap a while ago on his XJR!
Just to be sure, I ordered a new one and he was right, NOT adjustable
