I'm with Kev, The battery is shot.It may look ok, but once you put the starter load on it you will find it is dropping to about 8 or 9 volts or less.New battery problem solved.Trying to jump it off another battery may not work if the original battery is RS.If you can borrow a battery off someone else it probably would be a better indication.Like brush says clean the terminals for good measure.

+1 battery.
Battery was charged over night, charger said it was 100%, put it in, turned once, click click click.... WTF ?
It had volts, but no AMPs behind it.. Luckily the charger has a jump started from the house mains. So i connected it up, started the bike 1st go (about 4 cycles).
New battery, fixed the problem..
