Presumably that FZ6 refers to some model that pre-dates the FZR600

Looks like it came out real nice.

So are those the standard throttle cables with the throttle housing spun 180 on the bars? I was going to re-route the cables, but thanks to your pics, I think I'll just drill a hole in the other side of the bars and spin the housing.

How does the bike feel with the revised steering stops? Is it hard doing u-turns now? I always end up with my hand pinched between the grip and the tank when doing tight turns, so it's probably just as well.

Thanks for the pictures.

For a clutch cable, I took my old one down to the local bike shop who used my ends a built a new inner and outer for $25.
Have you got a pic of your mod? I have some Ducati clamps and want to try this.

Also I use a TDM clutch cable?

Are the electrics long enough? Hoses?

Thanks, Mark

I went with the spiegler kit from ebay

arrived slow due to poor communication but when it got here i was very impressed.
lines are great braided ones with good length, the bars very light, the top yoke looks great, and the horn extension meant even i could do it in about 1 min.
The only thing i had real problems with was getting bar ends to fit ( seems these bars and non standerd and you cant get bar ends to fit inside them they are the same external dimensions and most renthal 7/8ths bars but internally the hole is much smaller )

only problem i have now is that the damm bike wont start so ive either done somthing somewhere or the timing is awfull!

If I recall correctly, I think I drilled out the end of my bars to fit bar ends.
