Stuck the rear Ohlins on last night

Post by Killerwhale » Fri Jun 08, 2007 5:59 am

Although i did not have time or resource to set it correctly to my for the moment somewhat large bodywork....the rear where completely transformed.

The old shock where both harsch over bumps and spungy/swaying....
The Ohlins eats bumps with an appetite and are nice and controlled when doing fast corners.

As i got it on sale this was a clear "super buy"!! :love4:

Hey Whaley - lets see a pic eh? I've had a debate about what the Ohlins unit looks like compared to the standard shock - it would be really good to see one in the flesh!

Greg an Ohlins has a contnuously adjustable preload, as opposed to a stepped adjuster on the standard shock.

The correct Ohlins for the TRX has a remote preload adjuster.

The one on the Boost bike is not an Ohlins.
