So the bike is jumping out of 2nd so will be coming apart. I've read the Book of Haines and it seems it's a case of everything out to get to the box.
Oh well.
Are there any tips that can be passed on to make my life easier ?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Engine rebuild Qs
No need to remove the rotor from the crank when you remove the top end and split the cases you can work around it.
Saves getting a puller to remove and 1 thing less to retension back in place as it has hi torque values.
Check which way you need to remove the gears from the shafts as it may be possible to leave the clutch basket on too. Another hi torque value and can be stubborn to remove some times too.
