tube on frame

Post by ac@39 » Thu Nov 27, 2014 8:58 pm

Hopefully not a daft question as i cant see it on the schematics for the frame. On the left hand side of the bike as you sit on it, on the inside of the frame and next to the carbs there is a tube that is part of the frame , i assume this is some sort of breather but -- what is meant to connect to it?

Yep, also have one each way. My '96 has it, but my '99 does not.
It must be true, I read it on the internet.
