I seem to remember a while back there was something on here about making your own water-slide transfers ?
I think you could design them on a computer , print them out on a home printer, apply them as you would if making a model aircraft etc, then varnish / laquer over to fix
I am looking to make some for a plain white crash helmet
"Search" hasn't thrown up any leads

Does anyone know about these / anyone tried these ?? ... or did I dream it

Sorted ... and it was dead easy too.
www.craftycomputerpaper.co.uk sorted me out with the paper and clear laquer spray to print my own waterslide transfers. Red Rex was downloaded after a search on Google and the Hailwood picture is a photograph taken from a book. If you want to do some yourself ... choose 'clear' material if applying to a white background (like I have) or 'white' material to apply to coloured background (the Red Rex transfer didn't work when applied to a red TRX)
