			Hi,
Wanted to look at the electronic parts, but cant get the seat off!
From a manual it seems that you have to pull the backside of the pillion seat up???
But that is not giving way.
[bike has been sitting outside for some years, and it shows]
[I dont want to destroy the thing at the 2nd day

 ]

			Beware that the key turns anti-clockwise! And that the lock is near the gold canister for the rear shock..

			Also , pressing down on the back end of the seat as you turn the key helps take the pressure off the latch and cable so there is less chance of bending / breaking the key

									Rubber side down, Red side up is my preferred riding style.

			Yes!
Once I understood that there should be some lock, I found a cable sticking out, near the right blinker cable, under the mudguard.
Cable still works!
 & No keys needed.
Thanks, Wiemer.
