Not my thing, But I like it a lot. The full cut back café racer, mixed with the swingarm and wheels, really tickles my fancy!

I do like them, but have to remind myself that the TRX was already a café racer type bike when it first appeared, so I couldn't butcher my bike to turn in into one. There is a nice café style TRX that's just appeared on the bay in the UK, might be tempted, again though not sure if the whole waxed moustache, hipster, barista fuelled café racer thing is starting to look a little naff?

It`s too `bitty` something and nothing, the swingarm is horrid, as is the stupid Bates headlight. But, I like the exhaust system and the front end, paint`s nice, seat and sub frame not too sure about. Yes Cobba that TRX lowrider is still around in the UK too.

I think you'd need a 40" inside leg for that seat!

After FULLY reading the link he`s gone to a lot of trouble to make a weird thing too. Why would anyone make a seat sub-frame like that, those exposed frame rails between the lovely alloy tank and the not so lovely seat are hideous to view!

Oh and Cobba, Funnymachine was the member with the TRX lowrider:

As I said, it`s still around, still `different` and still bloody quick, in a straight line!

TRX is difficult to make work as a café - though guy on the forum did a really nice one. The tank seat relationship is difficult as the tank doesn't have a flat line. Also I do take the earlier point, TRX was a sort of café racer as was, a Japanese Ducati.

Personally I like the fact that people are out there making something a bit different and the only person that has to like it is the person who pays the bills and builds the bike - though sure as eggs is eggs, the world and his wife will have an opinion.

Vivre le difference!
