Before the strip down and re-paint I was running standard YZF forks in R1 yokes (now fitted to PHUK's bike) with the front dropped around 20mm from standard and mega rear ride height (25mm+ higher at the rear) tie bars. It steered lovely but was a little unstable (yes really) I am now running YZF750 SP forks in YZF yokes (less offset than R1), YZF tie bars and a Nitron shock. So my geometry now is much nearer standard. Maybe I need to make use of the ride height adjustment on the Nitron. Weight distribution is around 51/49% front to rear which is spot on as well I reckon... But it doesn't seem to want to hold a tight line as it should... Or maybe I'm older and wiser and slower....

You could also try reverting back to the 60 section tyre profile which is what was originally used as standard.
