Just doesn't seem to be steering as nicely (or quickly) as it did.... Maybe it's down to too much rebound damping....

Before the strip down and re-paint I was running standard YZF forks in R1 yokes (now fitted to PHUK's bike) with the front dropped around 20mm from standard and mega rear ride height (25mm+ higher at the rear) tie bars. It steered lovely but was a little unstable (yes really) I am now running YZF750 SP forks in YZF yokes (less offset than R1), YZF tie bars and a Nitron shock. So my geometry now is much nearer standard. Maybe I need to make use of the ride height adjustment on the Nitron. Weight distribution is around 51/49% front to rear which is spot on as well I reckon... But it doesn't seem to want to hold a tight line as it should... Or maybe I'm older and wiser and slower.... #-o

You could also try reverting back to the 60 section tyre profile which is what was originally used as standard.
