TRX Rearset Prototypes

Please watch this thread over the next couple of weeks if you are interested in what 'will' be the best set of rearsets ever made for the TRX. My bike is the prototype, and I just took it over to the company today. Tomorrow we will be doing position measurements and once the CAD work is done they go into the CNC milling machine, an anodizing treatment after that and they will be ready for production.
They won't be cheap, but they will be of the best quality, strength and precision you can get unless you happen to work at NASA.

We have decided on a five postition adjustment range.
Compared to the stock peg position...
Imagine a square, with dots at the four corners. Each of the measurements below would represent one corner with the third measurement being a dot in the center of that square.
5mm Up X 25mm Back
5mm Up X 40mm Back
12.5mm Up X 32.5mm Back
20mm Up X 25mm Back
20mm Up X 40mm Back
Standard shift pattern and GP (Reversed) shift pattern an easy swap.
These positions were decided upon taking into consideration that the average gaijin has longer legs than the average Japanese and the fact that extreme race only positions would not be much fun when touring.
These are what they will look like (photo's are of the FZS1000 model). In fact, the shift lever will probably be the exact same part.
The COERCE steps I have been using until now were 20mm Up X 30mm Back. No clearance problems at the track but for my legs I wanted them a little farther back.

Here are the COERCE steps that I have been using until now...

The CAD work is done and they are waiting in cue for a run through the CNC machine... If I can get a free second I'll try to run out there and grab a picture while they're being milled.

Well... They are still cued. Should get their spot on the mill in a few days. In the mean time, here is the CAD drawing for the proto set.

The prototypes have been milled and are now being fitted for the linkage. They will be sent out for anodizing this coming week so I should have some pictures of them mounted shortly after that.
Taaaadaaaahhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!

I need 'monitors' or 'tester's that are interested in these rearsets. I have already received several emails from interested people, some not even on this or the main TRX forum.
Those of you who have already contacted me, please send another mail just in case. I know it took a long time from the announcement the first prototype so I have a ton of email in my box since your last message. I will make sure that those who spoke up first have top priority.
However...
I need people spread around the major TRX populated regions. Australia (regional) U.K., Europe, etc. Please email me if you are interested, they will not be free of course but you will get them at a considerably lower cost than the retail amount. (Still to be announced)
For the time being I can only discuss the details via email.

As I am typing this at 3am after only four hours sleep the night before I reserve the right to edit this post when I wake up....

There will be a full parts list included with each kit. Replacement parts will be available. The kits will probably come assembled and ready to bolt on.

Everyone that sent me emails, thank you. Please be patient... I haven't been able to meet with the company contact since I picked up the first prototypes and have been extremely busy every since... I hope to see him on the first and arrive at a final decision. Hopefully, he won't have to be at the circuit that day... He is running a ST600 (Superstock) team in the All Japan Road Race series this year and the third is the opening round. They've had major problems with their ZX6R ('05) during the past few weeks...
