Hi there.
I am building a TRX based special and I need to fit an aftermarket tank to my bike. The problem I have is that I am struggling to find a flat area on the new tank to mount the TRX fuel tap. Can I fit an aftermarket fuel tap to the tank and connect it to the fuel pump.
Thanks in advance Phil

Re: Fuel tap,
There is no need to keep the TRX fuel tap, in fact you should avoid it like the plague.
Depending on the tank you choose you may not even need the fuel pump.
It is only used on the TRX because the bottom of the tank sits below the carb inlet, so you to pump the fuel 'up' to the carbs when the level in tank drops.
