My TRX has a rear hugger tyre guard
what would it be of as I want to get a new one???????????????

Must be another model cross matches for a bit cheaper price

TDM's run a hugger and might be able to adapt to it???

While huggers look neat and keep the rear monoshock pristine, most huggers work as a perfect device to spray water and grit directly onto the drive chain. It’s slightly absurd to use a chain-oiler and a chain spray, when the hugger is doing its best to ruin the chain and sprockets! On my TRX, I modified the carbon-fibre hugger to re-incorporate a chain guard, using a piece of sheet alloy cut to shape and pop-riveted into place. I first made a template out of cardboard, then copied it in metal and fitted it, taking great care that the mod fouled neither the chain nor the tyre. It works really well, and the chain is as good as new!
