They work well, the beam is quite ok for the road and it comes with DOT CE marks so will pass a roadworthy in most places

There was an 07 model for $3200 up the Sunshine Coast on Gumtree a little while back in pretty good nick, just a back injury was a forced sale and a repairable rite off A little cheaper down south not long back.
So another $3000+.. For that sort of cash you can have a pretty hot 850 that would eat a 900 for breaky...

I would contest that I have been on track with fcr'd big bored trx's that were not quicker in any way. in fact my 900 could even pull a bike length on the long straights. a stock 900 engine with free flowing exhaust and airbox mods, with a power commander really does rock!

the red bike is a FCR bore TRX, and the rider is my dad in law, we both have R1's now and he is quicker than me.
