Cold exhaust on start up

I notice when I start my bike one exhaust blows warm and the other one is cold although it sound as though it is firing on two cylinders

TRX runs cooler on one, so much that the starter of this forum "MAX" jetted the carbs different. Info in here somewhere of cource!
