Yep already done. Bear this in mind though, government petitions do not HAVE to be discussed in parliament by law, it`s an `opportunity` to perhaps have the matter discussed and that only.
Secondly it`s a very good way for the government to collect email addresses enabling closer `monitoring` of the populace, that`s very important in these days whereby some of us want to blow fuckin Westminster up and start again with fair systems in place.

modern day guy fawkes .. one day
big brother ,, they monitor yr shopping and you get filmed more times in one day than you'd like..they have my email anyways and address due to more than 1 speeding (honest i needed a poo) incident...... only having the opportunity to be discussed makes sense after i read the entire list of open petitions... i believe some people in this country are not quite the full ticket ..

tis wrong though that we pay more than a modern car and do shed loads less miles, if i do 3k nowadays i'd be lucky, compared to the 30k+ i do for work

Average rider pay £54.00 a year????? I must not be an average rider, I pay VED for 3 summer use bikes @ £44.55 each = £133.65, + an all year round use bike @ £81.00 = a total of £214.65 per year. Which is much more than the car I pay for! I only ride for pleasure and can only ride one bike at a time, road tax is a rip off but I just love riding and cover huge mileages, so after fuel, tyres, consumables and service items, VED something I can well do without. I will sign the petition but the government will either ignore it or bring in some further draconian measures to make motorcycle ownership less attractive, which is of course their long term plan. Soooooo got to go and ride the wheels off my bikes while I still can, and petrol is still cheap[ish].
