Compression values

Post by newfattrixierider » Thu Nov 03, 2016 2:40 pm

Just done a comp check on my engine. Getting a max reading of 200PSI on each cylinder. The spec. is 184PSI max. Does this mean my motor has been fettled? Is it safe to run in this condition?

Carbon build up in the chamber and piston crown will take up volume and increase your pressure.
TRX's run rich from Std and it only get worse as the needles and tubes wear unless jetted correctly.
