Ok, will do that.

But has anybody any idea what can be the fault off my bike?

All answers will be appreciated.

Did you check the emulsion tubes as suggested in post 3?
The grey colour of the plugs and tailpipe soot indicate richness. Assuming you aren't always on wide open throttle, then the tubes look like being the culprit. A faulty fuel pump would be more likely to cause fuel starvation at high revs.
Compression figures are good, any more than around 10% difference should be investigated.

I just checked the emulsion tubes, and they are oval..
Did not get the plastic part out, but the tubes slided easy out.
I ordered new tubes from KEDO and got new intake rubber as well.
I hope this will do the trick.

Are these very oval?

Do i have to change the needles?

That's almost certainly your problem.
Needles might be OK, there will be polished marks on them but they are steel from memory and wear less than the brass alloy of the tubes.
Biggest cause of tube wear is running the engine at low revs and the intake pulses rattle the needles up and down. Even bigger problem with Japanese cruisers lugging around to sound like Hardly Ablesomes

So yesterday i got time to put the new emulsion tubes in the carbs.
But when I was going to reconnect the cables I noticed that the cable was fu"¤d.
That could be catastrofal..
So I am glad I noticed it.

That was a real bummer. Was very keen on finding out iff it was the tubes..

The cable will arrive in 4-5 days

Mine frayed in exactly the same spot, looked just like that.
Annoyingly it seems you can only buy the cables in a pair, too.

Finally, I got my bike together. Took it for a 60km ride and it seems to work as it should.
Got a small straight and the bike jumpd to 200kmh with out any problems 8)

Changing the emulsion tubes was quite easy, so thanks to dandy for sending me in the right direction :D
