luggage rack catch thingy.
hi chaps (silly question)
sold a luggage rack a while back i didnt know there was a clip catch thingy that comes with the rack, has some thing to do with
the passenger seat fitting, anyone know what it looks like or have one spare

While we're on the subject, I recently bought a Renntec rack (ahem!) and can't get the rear mounts under the seat usefully tight as the bits under the catch are impossible to grip so they just spin - what's the trick??

'95 4NX with K&N filter, Motad Venom cans, YSS PD valves, Ohlins fork springs, 530 C+S, Green CDI, 11/16 radial master cylinder, +30mm jack up dog bones. Enjoyable money pit.

or you can just file down the catch hole on the standard one

I just removed the rack from mine and was surprised to see how loose the seat was after, looks like i need to fabricate a shorter catch!

3 attempts to get the desired fixing depth but got there in the end
