...Forgot how good the TDX are....

Post by Killerwhale » Sat Aug 27, 2016 3:31 pm

Just came back from 4h in the twisties, with a short stop to feel up the tuono 1100 factory.
Came to the conclusion i will for sure keep and spend some on the TDX instead.
The ride today was...fantaboulus! The Matris cartridge fork swollows almost everything and when braking hard it wont dive, rear Ohlins still really awesome. Had forgotten the insane stopping power it is in the ISR racespec mastercylinder.
The M7RR tires are the very best i´ve tried and the bike is on rails....lighter wheels would be a treat :-)

An autoblipper and slipper and the bike would be top stuff (for me)

COBBA: I have both push/pull on my QS, can one use two channels on the new TCIP4´s? (then you have AB)

Anyways, with every quickshift i get a good pop/bang from unburnt fuel and it´s a headturner!
Must have been perfect degrees/humidity today cause it went like a mofo.

I have two routes to go:
1. I have new rings lying around for the high comp wiseco´s, let my mech run them in hard and also a couple thou on the head....
2. JE 937cc high comp, but then new nicasil unt zu weiter...

I WILL fix higher bars and an MT-03 headlight instead, getting old for these long rides....
