The last country to change was Sweden. They're changing to driving on the right in southern Ireland in 2014 - at midnight the HGV and buses change and midday next the cars and motorbikes.

just to clarify :
we drive on the LEFT side of the road in RIGHT HAND DRIVE cars in Australia.
i did a google, and found links stating right side flows and RHD cars which are opposites.
