Are there any alternatives to the standard fuel cap...all ideas welcome...

Anything aftermarket for the R6 fits, I have heard that the R1 also works, but haven't tested it.

The TRX fuel cap is a generic Yamaha item, many models will fit it. Oberon do a rather nice CNC`ed one:

There`s some on Ebay UK as well, various anodised colours. :wink:

I've got a black billet quick release from an early R1 on mine... they are standard Yamaha 3 bolt fixing
