made a start on my modified exhaust hangers for my scorpion exhausts... must say they not looking to bad... got a piece of 4mm aluminium plate from my mate, and cut them to shape.... popped them in my workmate with some angle to get a nice tight bend.. piece of wood and large hammer. jobs a good un... just have other side to do, and dremel out the middle to make a nice slot, sorted didnt cost a penny notice theres some on ebay for £34 plus post....
pic here of the one side just a bit of fettling with the dremel, to cut the slot and do the other side.... cant decide whether to polish them up or leave them brushed.....
then give my scorpions a good polish and all should be good...

chain is fine just i have small sprocket on front....ought to take a link and 1/2 out really....was going to do it last year, but just didnt get around to it....
got the 2nd hanger bent been in the shed.. sorting it... i have about 6-7mm difference between... spacings of the exhasut.. and tyre...will get that spot on tomorrow... think there is a slight difference in the link pipe measuremnets pretty sure i can dial that out somehow...have 30mm from mudguard to end can on one side and 42 mm on the other side so something is a bit out somewhere,,,,
no big deal really....
