Question on dyno calibrations over exhaust systems

I noticed on the gearing commander that at 7500rpm on std gearing of 17/39 the speed reading was 216kph.. 16/39 was 203kph..
Dyno results I recieved a few months ago showed at 7500rpm a speed of 203kph but I was still running standard gearing then????
Can anyone tell me if gearing information is put into the specs with the dyno computer or what else may have caused this result???
The speed readings from the gearing chart seem extremely close to what the speedo reads with both gearings I've ran..

After entering the overracing website I also noticed the over 2 into 1 into 2 system they talk about, the system was designed for a 180degree crank... Wouldnt the exhaust pulse be different to a 270degree crank and the balance pipe be in a different position for optimum performance??

I am by far no Duno expert, and don't know what settings they canb affect, but the speed from the Dyno should be easy to set correctly. You know how big the "road" cylinder is, so it's easy to say how "fast" You're going. No need to put in specific bike settings.

There are many other things affecting true speed compared to Dyno speed at given RPM, tyre shape, tyre wear, tyre pressure, tyre slip.

The Over racing was constructed for the 180 crank? That was a surprise for me. I would also guess that it would need a different design for the 270 crank to produce the same results.

Weather this was modified later but they never updated there website I dont know but thats what they state on the overracing site when looking for trx exhausts.. I was looking to see if there is a dealer in Australia for some rearsets
