New post, same-ish problem...

Post by Killerwhale » Tue Jun 24, 2008 6:48 pm

Well, i make another post as it´s went into 2 different problems really...

Ok, so i´ve now checked all the switches and they give signal....TPS was fekked though. Showed all kind of different values so that will be sorted....BUT.

CDI don´t recognize the signal from the neutral switch but i can measure it there beside the standswitch contact...
So what´s left? ....cut out relay?? It´s this wich set´s the logic isn´t it?? So it don´t get the short from neutralswitch..

Whatcha reckon??

no. neutral switch is wired directly to the CDI. does NOT go through the lockout relay first but remove the relay and short out the 2 blue/white wires in the plug.

did you say the neutral light has quit? could be a duff diode in the relay.
