Foot rest jack up plates with brake light S/W

Foot rest jack up plates with brake light S/W

How do.

Just tried to fit my new Projection Components foot rest jack up plates and be buggered if I can get them to fit with the brake light switch in place.

Has anyone else managed to fit them with the switch or do I need a banjo switch.
