temp sender/sensor size?

Before I pull mine apart again(!) does anyone know the temp sender size (the one used for the temp gauge). I've checked the forum and manuals - can't find the answer!
I've fitted a motogadget speedo and the standard sender is not suitable for the gauge i..e It's reading 110 degrees C as normal operating temp!

So I need to get a suitable sender from motogadget. Options are:
M10 x 1
M12 x 1.5
M14 x 1.5
M18 x 1.5
