I can tell you how i lost my 23Kg....
Wheightwatchers microwave dinners, 4 each day....and some apples....occational banana....
Never had to go hungry and a lot of variation in dishes....worked for me!


....ohh, did i mention 5 day´s a week at the gym??? 8)

5stone with slimming world over 18months
put a bit on over the summer
then 4.5stone with lighterlife in 3months

which one i'd recommend depends on your requirements
lighterlife is easier, but more drastic, takes away all your food decision making and basically involves reprogamming your mind to think about food differently

ps. no gym work ;)
