Practical Sportsbikes
Practical sportsbikes current issue have a 4 page article on the TRX 850. Its pretty general, but one of the bits on common Mods says its common to fit the 6 Speed gear cluster from YZF750?
Is it common, i dont think i have heard of this before.

Re: Practical Sportsbikes
Not common Dave but not unheard of.
Search may bring up some previously mentioned info?
Uses some YZF parts but other machined bits; doesn't sound easy from what I have read even if you are good with motor internals.

Re: Practical Sportsbikes
Think it was one of the guys from Europe who have done or looked at doing this.
Maybe Tarwetijger, Trixz, or Killerwhale, or maybe someone I've forgotten just now.
I might be wrong, just can't remember where I found the thread on it quite a while back.

It must be true, I read it on the internet.
