The emails have come in again today
typical bloke thinking "no" really means "yes"!!!!! 
Today's 'polite' response was that if they wanted to they could donate to the running costs of the forum!!! Not that I want them to have the forum PayPal details as I think that'd give them access to my real details!!
This guy's American (as was the one that tried to buy Nob's place). We've had very few genuine Americans over the years (I can think of only 3 - one of whom didn't even live there!)
