System turned up yesterday & is even better than described - basically looks brand new so had a bargain i reckon

How do these systems compare with full Akro?

I'll let you know, i have an Akra full system on mine but it is a high comp, big bore tuned engine so wouldn't be a fair comparison since i'm fitting the Over to my wifes standard(ish) engined bike. I have some spare Akra headers in the garage but she wanted to keep the twin can arrangement so this the next best option. Biggest advantage with the Akra is obviously weight saving having only one can - sometimes a dyno printout isn't the only thing to make a 'sorted' bike

I had one for a few minutes and can´t say anything about performance....they are so tight they would not fit over the YZF swinger.

...but the sound of them, holy hell it was the best i´ve ever heard from a trix!

Got a set of genuine Overs last year, the titanium ones - not the dutch lookalikes. They don't turn gold, but cost almost the same!

Had to strip mine because the filling had blown out in one of the cans, with the result that one can had melted where the hanger sits.
Had to fit a stainless pipe inside to "save" the carbon tube. Fitted stainless steelwool as damper material too - although it doesn't damp the sound very much. Now they're even louder - don't have to use the horn anymore, just blip the throttle and everybody knows where you are.....
