I agree with everything thats already said, (well as much as I can agree with 2, or was it 3 or 4 sides of an argument!!) but am I alone in thinking there's something pretty f*&^ed up about the very edge of that tyre??
It looks to me like something is scraping the edge of the tyre, not like wear. It's at the wrong angle to be normal road wear, and also a different consistency of 'roughness'.
Please correct me if I'm wrong (I'm sure youse will!! )

I think that it might have had something to do when the front slipped out, perhaps caused by the very edge sliding/slipping sideways and rubbing while still rotating forward(?). Anyway, time for a new tyre/tyres! (And I just put on the R1 clutch perch, so now need to start saving for some shorties too!
