As I don't have my bike here , can someone just confirm the OEM 99 Australian model TRX flasher relay is a two pin jobbie.

Sure is. If you're after a LED flasher, these guys are good: https://www.slipstreamperformance.com.a ... /index.php

Thanks Mick..

I've been fishing around online and have seen some for various prices from $20 to $2.20..

Be warned if anyone is chasing the $2.50 ones like on the link above.
They may state they are a relay and look similar to the OEM one but they are only for 1 single indicator and you need one for each just like if you use a resistor inline on each idicator .
So it pays to read the fine print and don't just go on looks ..

Yeah, I was a bit dubious about the cheap crap from eBay. FWIW, I've been running mine from slipstream for about 2 years with no problems.

G'day, Cobba.
I need one of these buggers too. I put LED's in the rear and added two resistors and all was well, but found when I put LED's in the front indicators they started to flash fast again. I listened to this plonker:
https://youtu.be/4Sddd_7GTQ8?t=247 who reckoned I wouldn't need resistors on the front as well. Maybe I did something wrong during the installation but I'd rather use a proper relay.
Does this one do the job?: http://www.rpmmoto.com.au/Store/Electri ... ersal.aspx
.., and I assume I'll have to remove the two resistors also - would that be right?

Cheers. :?

That's correct Marty. Whack in the new relay, remove the resistors you fitted and Bob's your uncle..
