Right hand clip on bar end weight question?

Hello,
Can anyone tell me if the right hand throttle clip on has a removable bar end, reason I ask is I would like to add a motogp style brake guard and was wondering if this would be an easy job or mega grief?!
I am quite handy with the span nets and do all my own repairs but don't wanna start ripping things to bits if this is not possible!
As if looks like a complete unit can anyone recommend a right hand clip on cheap with a space for a bar end to be fitted??
Cheers in advance...

Take off the small silver bung on the side of clipon mount (not the one that mounts it to the tripple tree) and you will find an allen key head. Just unscrew the the bolt and your bar will come off the mount.
Expensive item if you buy 1 OEM Yamaha handlebar (around $120 and then $40 for the weight in the end) See if you can find someone who would like to swap one if they already have one without a weight..
The weight is a press fit so you will more than likely chew it up if you remove it..
